After a fustrating day failing to bag Meal Glas due to snow which was far too deep, we were rewarded on the second day with perfect winter weather day to go and bag Creise.

We’ve had a couple of Scottish trips this January. The first was a week at New Year spent in Newtonmore where we hired the local hostel. Scotland March 2011
A long weekend based in Aberfeldy. We bagged… the Beinn a’Ghlo group; Carn Liath (975m) Braigh Coire Chruinn-bhalgain (1070m) & Beinn a’Ghlo-Carn nan Gabhar (1121m) the western half of the Glen Lyon 4; Carn Gorm(1029m) & Meall Garbh (968m) It was particularly cold & windy so we didn’t get a lot done.
