We went to the Capileira in the Spanish Alpajuras in November 2002 with Ramblers Holidays
- Capileira to Sportujar on GR7
- Capileira to Refugio del Poqueria, via the Poqueira gorge
- from Trev’lez on GR7; stopped short by flooding rivers & extremely heavy rain
- Sierra de Mecina from Busqu’star
- Capileira to Pitres on GR7
- Mulhacen (3479m) from a car park at around 2400m
