Winter & Easter 2017: Scotland
For February we spent a week in Glencoe battling Storm Doris, even so we managed to get:
- Sgòr na h – Ulaidh 994m
- The Beinn a’Bheithir Ballachulish pair via the col from the north side: Sgòrr Dhearg 1024m and Sgòrr Dhonuill 1001m
- Creise 1099.8m and Meall a’Bhuiridh 1108m in deep fresh snow.
At Easter we stayed in Aviemore for another week:
- Càrn na Caim 940.8m and A’Bhuidheanach Bheag 936.1m
- Càrn Sgulain 920.3m and A’Chailleach 929.2m
- Càrn Dearg 945.7m
- Grey Corries: Stob Ban 977m, Stob Choire Claurigh 1177m, Stob Coire an Laoigh 1116m, Sgùrr Choinnich Mòr 1094m
- Braeriach 1296m, Angel’s peak Sgòr an Lochain Uaine 1258m, Cairn Toul 1291m and The Devil’s Point 1004m
- Geal – charn Mòr 824m (Corbett)
- Càrn Liath 1006m, Stob Poite Coire Ardair 1054m and Creag Meagaidh 1128m
