Details: Park Morwenstow, Rectory Farm. PROW N from church to Cornakey Farm. There is a PROW NE from here to Marsland Manor but FB SW of Manor was closed until Dec 2017. Only possible diversion is by lanes to Manor (see trace). From Manor take byway N to Nature Reserve then FP W to join SWCP, Follow SWCP S to cliff above Caunter Beach then turn inland to Stanbury before returning N on FP via Tonacombe. A strenuous walk with great views. 12.2km, 570m ascent/descent, 3:40hr. Recorded 12/08/17
