UK Area: Scotland
Details: Track log from an ascent of Glencoe Munro Sgorr Nam Fiannaidh. Ascent was via north ridge with return via Pap of Glencoe. Start point is small parking area near bridge over Allt Coire na Ciche on the B863. Distance 8km, Time just over 5 hrs, ascent approx 1100m. Undoubtedly the best ascent route for this Munro is to do it as part of the Aonach Eagach ridge traverse. This northly route does provide an interesting alternative. [note it does involve wakling on some steep terrain.]
