Details: Starting at the Cwmystwyth mining area the route takes in 2 low hils then makes its way up to the Summit of Penygarn. Similar length to the route from the Arch but less trees. On the way back keep to the fence to the west of the lake not the one to the east followed here as ground will be drier.
