Details: A 25km loop from Coniston, south of The Old Man, over Brown Pike, picking up the River Duddon at Seathwaite. North along the west bank of the Duddon, east up Pike How, past Seathwaite Tarn, up to Levers Hawse (very steep) and back to Coniston via Lever Water.
