Details: Park Clapham. Leave village N on E side of Beck. Pass church and climb E on track through 2 tunnels to Long Lane. Follow Lane N to wall line above Trow Gill. Contour N then W around Clapham Bottoms to meet path from Trow Gill by double stile. Go N past Bar Pot to Gaping Gill. Return to Bar Pot then descend via Trow Gill and Nature Trail to Clapham. 10km, 285m ascent, 2:30hr. (Recorded 05/09/14)
