Quantock Combes
A half day walk through several wooded combes finishing with a climb to the top of Black Hill for extensive views from Exmoor to the Mendips and Wales to the Blackdown Hills. Combes visited include Ashley Combe, Adscombe, Quantock Combe and Rams Combe. Mostly, but not entirely, on good tracks. 9.4km, 390m ascent. Recorded 6/10/19

Quantock Hills Circular
Choose a clear day. The first part is across the tops of the Quantock Hills with views across to Wales and from Exmoor round to the Mendips. This is followed by a pretty woodland walk by a stream followed by a climb for more views as the route returns to the start. 12.1km, 282m ascent. Recorded 29/7/19

The Burnley Way (Section 5) Towneley Park to Hapton
Section 5 of the Burnley Way. The Route starts at Todmorden Road at the top of Towneley Park and ends at the Leeds Liverpool canal at Hapton. My route deviates from the guide at the weather station on top of Hameldon hill to take in Great Hameldon hill and Hameldon Quarry, which makes for a far better walk. The route is 9 miles long.
