Cross Fell via Tyne and Tees 

29.6 km. Starting at Garrigill the route follows the Tyne to its source before crossing into the Upper Tees valley to gain the ridge of the Pennines. It then follows the Pennine Way across Great Dun, Little Dun and Cross Fell before returning to Garrigill. (This route was generated from digital mapping and walked by the author on 16/4/12)

SWCP - Teignmouth to Starcross

The Kray Twins Walk 

A 4 mile walk. Born in the poverty-stricken East End of London in 1933, twins Reggie & Ronnie, were to rise to become London's most feared and notorious gangsters. This walk will guide you around the back streets of Bethnal Green and Whitechapel, to places actually frequented by The Kray Twins and forever associated with their crimes. Holly Hill & Coldrum Longbarrow Walk 

A 5 mile walk from Holly Hill, a beautiful area of peaceful, unspoilt beech and yew woodland that commands views over the Medway to the east. On a sunny day you can sometimes also see as far as Canary Wharf in London. At 196 metres above sea level, this is one of the highest points in Kent. You then walk through beautiful woods and farmland down to Coldrum Longbarrow, a Neolithic burial chamber before a long hard slog back uphill to Holly Hill. Car parking is free at Holly Hill postcode DA13 0UB, but the car park is locked at night.

Exmoor - Brendon Common & Doone Valley 

Route heads NE across Brendon Common and drops into valley of the Badgeworthy Water before heading S upstream as far as site of Medieval Village. Return NW across common. 12km, 260m ascent/descent, 2:40hr. Recorded 10/05/18.
