Park at NY935176. Take track 110m E of Pennine Way S to Race Yate Rigg. Left through gate to follow BW E to Ladyfold Rigg. Pennine Way N then NW past Goldsborough to regain minor rd and return to car park. 9km, 148m ascent, 1:53hr. (Recorded 26/08/14)

Park off road at NY973152. Follow Pennine Way N past Levy Pool over Hazelgill Rigg to Ladyfold Rigg. Take BW W to Race Yate Rigg. Turn S along Pennine Way across Deepdale Beck to shooters' track. Return E along track. 8.8km, 135m ascent, 1:53hr. (Recorded 09/09/14)
