  • 15/12/14 With L on 1st day of our 2 weeks in the Lakes for Christmas/New Year. A 10 "new tops" day adding Tumps and Lamps by doing an extended Borrowdale Horseshoe from the A6. 400s done previously. showery in a.m becoming dry but cold & windy. Wore big walking boots rather than fell shoes to keep dry feet and make a day of it. Saw no one all day (only in cars on the M6!)
