- An easy 20 min up and down on major path from car park to west. Popular with dog walkers even on a grey Monday afternoon in January. I orienteered in these woods during the British Champs in May 2013. Summit possibly set back in woods from trig. The Hurtwood Control charity manage a huge area of these Surrey Hills (leaflets at car park) and have a trig pillar look-alike with collecting box near the real trig on summit. Looked like a double trig summit on approach.
