• 02/03/25 From the parking area to the NE. Followed the track S to NX 9349 6815 where a faint track heads off into the trees. Luckily at time of visiting the track had been cleared of overhanging branches by some kind soul. Followed this so far then headed off up. Then we hit young trees with no path through them so pushed our way through. After about a hundred yards of this we came across a path which wound its way up to the summit area and a bench where lunch was enjoyed. Then headed off to the summit where there is a large boulder. From here followed the easy path NW to the main track which was then followed to the road which was then followed back to the car. A much easier way up for people not wanting a circular route is to park where the track starts to the NW of the hill NOT the NE then follow the track until the track is seen branching off E easily to the summit
